PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a success no matter how many times erroneous password analysis is continuously performed by someone other than a subscriber relating to a method for protecting a password (identification number) for the subscriber using the voice mail service and personal computer communication service of a pocket beeper system. SOLUTION: When the number of times of erroneous input for the password used by the subscriber exceeds the number of times set beforehand, service is automatically stopped, the password is changed to a different password and then, the service state is canceled. After changed to a second password further, the number of times of failing in the password analysis is recorded and an alarm is given when the number of times reaches the prescribed number of times. |
