<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a solenoid valve for fuel control having increased suction force, by cutting down the material cost for enhancing the assembling performance and lessening the magnetic gap. SOLUTION: In the magnetic circuit of a plate 14 and a frame 13 of a magnetic body encircling a coil 12, a cylindrical ring part 13a is formed by drawing near the central part of the frame 13. Besides, the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical ring part 13a is deformed similar to the shape of the protrusion 11c provided on a resin-made cylindrical sleeve part 11b. Through these procedures, the magnetic gap between the cylindrical ring part 13a and a plunger 16 can be lessened down to the wall thickness of the resin-made cylindrical sleeve 11b. Accordingly, the suction force of the plunger 16 at a base 17 can be increased.</p> |
