<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a plant cost by separating an operating unit for units of a mold, raw material supplying, extruding, cooling roll, take-off roll, cutting and stacking for constituting a facility from a controller and transmitting an operation signal from the operating unit to the controller, thereby improving operability and control accuracy. SOLUTION: Raw material supplied from a raw material supplying unit is plasticized by an extruder, shaped to a planar state by a die, extruded as a sheet, and cooled by a cooling roll unit temperature controlled by a heating cooler. This is taken off to a take-off unit, cut in an arbitrary width length by a take-off cutter, and stuck on a pallet by a stacking unit. Operating units 11 of these units are separated from controllers 14 to 20. The units 11 include display, input units, and a microcomputer, are connected to the controllers 14 to 20 via a cable 12 and connecting unit 13, and an operation signal is transmitted to respective units. Accordingly, since the operating units are all size and each unit has a simple control unit, an installation construction can be easily executed.</p> |
