摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve responsiveness and to reduce power consumption without being aware of the rise time and safety waiting time at the time of power source supply start by detecting that an instruction is executed after n instructions and starting power supply to peripheral circuits. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a detecting means which detects that an instruction instructing operation start to peripheral circuits is prearranged to be executed after n (n is an integer that is more than one) instructions and a controlling means which controls that power supply starts to the peripheral circuits before the execution of the instruction when an operation start instruction is detected. When an A/D conversion start instruction is stored on the 3rd stage 1-5c of an instruction register 1-5 in the process of executing the instruction, an A/D conversion start instruction detecting part 1-7 detects this, outputs a power supply start instruction 1-8, inputs the signal 1-8 to a set terminal of SR type flip-flop that configures a power source flag 1-3 and sets the power source flag. That is, an inverted output QB is made 'zero'.</p>
