METHOD FOR ADJUSTING GOLF CLUB

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the rigidity of a shaft for a golf club to be easily adjusted. SOLUTION: A high tensile tape 16 is stuck to a golf club whose flexture is excessive along the front side (the face side of a club head 12) of a club shaft 11. The high tensile tape 16 uses a carbon fiber or a high tensile metal foil and has a pressure-sensitive adhesive applied to the back face. The tape 16 is preferably about 1-2 mm wide from a viewpoint of the ease of handling. The tape 16 can be helically wound around the shaft 11.
