PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood component collecting device and circuit which can be miniaturized and reduce the mixing rate of leukocytes and are high in the efficiency of collecting blood platelets. SOLUTION: A blood component collecting device has a control part which controls a centrifugal separator driving unit, pumps 11, 12, and a plurality of flow passage opening/closing means, so that a blood plasma collecting and circulating step, which consists of a blood plasma collecting step, in which blood to which an anticoagulant is added is collected by operation of a first liquid feed pump 11 and a second liquid feed pump and then a predetermined amount of blood plasma is collected from the blood into a blood plasma collecting bag 25 by operating a centrifugal separator driving unit, and a blood plasma circulating step in which collecting of the blood is stopped temporarily after the finish of the blood plasma collecting step and the blood plasma in the blood plasma collecting bag 25 is circulated into a centrifugal separator 20 by operating the centrifugal separator driving unit, is performed plural times, after which a blood platelet collecting step and a blood returning step are performed. |
