PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive reflection-preventive film which is excellent in reflection-preventive capability for visible lights and antistatic function, and in addition, does not have a deterioration with time, and is excellent in preservation stability. SOLUTION: For a laminated body 6 of a transparent base material 1, a ceramic single layer film 2, a metal film 3, and a ceramic single layer film 4, on the external surface of the ceramic single layer film 4 which is the outermost layer, a water-repellent treatment is applied. The effect is high when the base material is constituted of a film, a resin base material, glass or a polarizing body, etc., and a hardened film is provided between the base material and the ceramic single layer film 2 on the base material side. The effect is high by a constitution wherein an adhesive layer is provided on the opposite surface from the surface on which the laminated body is formed, etc., and the effect is high when the film thickness of the metal film 3 is 5 nm or higher and 20 nm or lower, and the effect is high as well when the thickness of the water-repellent layer for the water-repellent treatment is 100 Å or lower. |
