PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in resonance frequency by making it difficult to draw lines of electric force in by forming a recessed part at the periphery of a projection part of an internal dielectric. SOLUTION: This dielectric resonator 11 is constituted of a dielectric resonator main body 18 consisting of a frame body 13, which has a conductive layer 12 over the entire surface of its outer periphery and an internal dielectric 14 fixed integrally to the internal wall surface in the frame body 13. Here, a conductive layer may be formed on the end surface of the opening surface of the frame body 13. Further, a projection part 15 may be formed on the surface of the internal dielectric 14. A recessed part 16 is formed at the periphery of the projection part 15. The projection part 15 is formed by the remaining of a dielectric ceramic at the injection hole part of a metal mold at the time of injection molding. The dielectric resonator 11 having this structure makes the lines of electric force flow into the internal dielectric 14 hard to be drawn in by the projection part 15. Consequently, the effect that the projection part 15 makes on the resonance frequency of the dielectric resonator 11 is relaxed. |
