PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately manage and hold the consistency of transaction results between the two of a host computer and a client/server computer by providing a specified management table in a server inside a call center and holding the consistency of the transaction result on the host computer and the transaction result of a telephone banking system inside the call center. SOLUTION: For a transaction with respective individual customers using the window terminal of a business branch system, the server 12 connected to a telephone exchange 20 inside the call center 50 and a communication channel are connected, a client 13 is used as the window terminal and the telephone banking system for performing the retrieval/rewrite processings of pertinent account contents on the host computer 60 is attained. Then, information to which a serial number is added in a telephone call termination reception order in the server 12 is managed on a table. That is, in the case that a fault is generated, the table 14 for managing the consistency between the two of the transaction result on the host computer 60 and the transaction result of the client/server computer 10 is used and a state before fault generation is accurately restored by a reception serial number and the updating management information of a file. |
