PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize abort/delay of a voice frame on the occurrence of congestion in a multimedia communication equipment that integrates voice frames and data frames. SOLUTION: Upon receiving voice/data frames, each route of the frames is retrieved by route retrieval processing (a4, a5). Whether or not the routing result indicates the same path is discriminated B(a6). In the case that the path is the same, a 2nd route of data frames is retrieved (a8) by using the dynamic routing, and an output buffer use rate measurement section (a9) measures an output buffer use rate. Whether or not the measured output buffer use rate is a preset reference rate or over is discriminated (a10) and when more than the reference rate, a route of the received data frame is changed into another route (2nd route) (a15). |
