PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically create a job report only by a driver performing a voice input by providing a means which inputs job report content by a voice, a means which detects travel information of a vehicle and a means that produces job report data based on them. SOLUTION: A driver inputs data that is necessary for job report data creation to a voice inputting and outputting part 3 by a voice. Job report data that is inputted by a voice is outputted to a data processing part 1. Also, the driver operates a counter 7 when a passenger gets on a bus and stops it when he gets it off. In such cases, the part 1 registers each data such as the date, time and fare which are inputted from the counter 7 and travel distance that is calculated from an engine speed which is inputted from an engine speed sensor 9 on a database. Automatic job report production supporting software in the part 1 automatically creates a job report based on data which are inputted from the part 3, the sensor 9 and the counter 7. |
