PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TSUKUDANI (fish boiled down with soy)-like food controlled in the fishy smell of added dry Sergestes, exhibiting the characteristic fragrant flavor of the dry Sergestes and wholly having characteristic flavor and taste by mixing raw materials such as tangle and dried bonito shavings with a seasoning sauce. SOLUTION: This TSUKUDANI-like food is produced by mixing plural raw materials with a seasoning sauce. Therein, the raw materials contain at least dry Sergestes and ground green tea. The raw materials comprise mixture comprising the dry Sergestes, the ground green tea, dried fish larvae and dried bonito shavings, and a mixture comprising the dry Sergestes, the ground green tea, the dried fish larvae, the dried bonito shavings, sesame and tangle. Preferably, the seasoning sauce is free from a preservative. |
