PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination shaping method by which it is possible to contribute to shortening a laser beam irradiation time while securely maintaining the accuracy of a contour of the surface layer part of a shaped object and improve productivity advantageously. SOLUTION: A set layer 10 is formed by lasing a material which is set by irradiation with the laser beam and this formed set layer 10 is laminated to form a three-dimensionally shaped object. In addition, the appropriate diameter of the laser beam is selected out of the different diameters depending upon a part forming the surface layer part of the three-dimensionally shaped object and a part forming the inner part of the three-dimensionally shaped object. That is, the laser beam M1 of a large diameter irradiates the part forming the inner part and the laser beam M2 of a small diameter irradiates the part forming the surface layer part. |
