F-18-LABELED PROSTAGLANDIN DERIVATIVE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new positron-labeled prostaglandin derivative allowing to early discover and diagnose tumultus such as tumor and further capable of expressing physiological activities such as an antitumor activity. SOLUTION: A<18> F-labeled prostaglandin derivative of formula I labeled with<18> F which is a positron nuclide. The compound of formula I is obtained by reacting a compound of formula II with a [<18> F]fluorobenzylamine of formula III labeled with the positron nuclide<18> F. An antitumor agent or tumor-diagnosing agent containing the F-18-labeled prostaglandin derivative of formula I as an active ingredient can be obtained.
