PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centering furnace which improves the number and the shape of gas burners in a dewaxing part and the furnace shell, heater in a sintering part and the pulling system of a furnace core tube, etc. SOLUTION: In the sintering furnace 1 communicating with the dewaxing part 2, sintering part 3 and a cooling part 4, in order and in which an endless conveyor 5 travels, seven pieces of the gas burners 6 are arranged at a roof part in the dewaxing part, and the furnace shell 14 is formed with a ceramic board, and the heaters are arranged at both side surfaces the right and the left sides in the sintering part. To the furnace core tube 15 of the sintering part, an air cylinder 17 is connected through a wire rod body and a temp. sensor 18 is arranged in the furnace core tube, and a program control means for controlling based on detected signal of the temp. sensor is connected with the air cylinder. |
