PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a defects from being produced when the frequency of a burning process in the manufacture is reduced from more than 4 to 1. SOLUTION: An electrode paste 1, a dielectric layer paste 2, a barrier rib paste 3, and a phosphor paste 4 laminated on one side of a glass substrate 8 are burnt together with the glass substrate 8 to manufacture a back substrate 20 for PDP(plasma display panel). At this time, the working points of sintering components to be added to the respective pastes are set to the electrode paste 1 <= the dielectric layer paste 2 <= the barrier rib paste 3 <= the phosphor paste 4 in order to prevent the generation of a cracking defect by decarbonization failure, deaerating failure, and contraction. |
