PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject animal applicable to the affinity purification of e.g. new transcription complexes from eukaryotic tissue and cell type and useful for e.g. the development of medicines, by bearing the ability to express an epitope-labeled TATA Box-coupled protein(TBP). SOLUTION: This animal has the ability to express an epitone-labeled TBP. In this case, it is preferably that the TBP contains human TBP(hTBP) or HA- and His-epitope having two epitone labels and is expressed as a fused protein having a sequence of the formula, and this transgenic non-human animal is produced, preferably, by transferring a transgene into the reproduction system and/or somatic cells of a non-human animal such as a mouse. |
