PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always absorb inter-system ordinary phase difference within a fixed range with a small memory capacity, in spite of whether or not there is fault transfer and further to perform system switching in the no-hit state of multiframe(MF) signal. SOLUTION: When the phase delay of active system is once temporarily recognized from the active/reserve system ordinary phase difference by respective phase comparator circuits 1-2 and 2-2, for example, afterwards, data are read out of respective memories 1-3 and 2-3 at the same timing, while suppressing the amount of data to be stored into the memory 1-3 which correspond to the active system to a minimum. In this state, even when the phase of a reserve system is changed by fault transfer or the like, data can be read out of the reserve system in the state of no hit as well, when the inter-system ordinary phase difference enables system switching to the reserve system. |
