PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antimicrobial plastic bathtub capable of preventing the bathtub from discoloring with the passage of time when the bathtub having low shielding effect is allowed to have antimicrobial activities by allowing the bathtub to include an antimicrobial agent. SOLUTION: This plastic bathtub having low shielding effect of >=10% light transmittance contains 0.1-1.0 wt.% a zinc-based antimicrobial agent consisting essentially of zinc as the antimicrobial component based on the whole bathtub material. |
