PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide real estate information management system and method capable of discriminating the level of real estate data to be retrieved by an opposite party requesting retrieval and disclosure and easily determining the level of real estante data to be disclosed. SOLUTION: Real estate data are sorted into five levels by a CPU 4 and stored in a real estate data base DB. The level 1 consists of 346 items for the information of 'real estate explanation book'. The level 2 consists of 246 items for the information of 'appraisal book'. The level 3 consists of 18 items for the information of 'information for right relation'. The level 4 consists of 466 items for the information of 'information for taxation'. The level 5 consists of 58 items for the information of 'mentioned items related to developer's transactions on the Real Estate Business Law'. Consumers 31 to 3n having cards storing the level data of the level 5 (the information of the 'mentioned items related to developer's transactions on the Real Estate Business Law' part) can request retrieval and disclosure for the real estate data of all real estates corresponding to these cards. |
