PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a press plate for the final printing without printing an image for printing formed by a computer on a lithfilm or using a large-scale and expensive output plotter utilizing laser as a light source. SOLUTION: A photo-setting ink 7 of ink repellency provided effectively after setting, an ink jet means 5 using the photo-setting ink 7 as droplets, scattering the same and recording the collection of dots and a substrate 3 for receiving the scattered photo-setting ink 7 are used, and the photo-setting ink 7 is scattered on the substrate 3 by an ink jet means 5 to record an inverted image section 9. Exposure light is emitted to set the photo-setting ink 7 on the inverted image section 9 to form the inverted image section 9 as an ink repellent section. |
