PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the fitting structure of a ceiling panel so as to improve fitting work efficiency and productivity at the time of installing the ceiling panel below a floor panel fitted between the inner wall surfaces of wall panels by joining a connector fitted to the end part of the ceiling panel to a lower flange of an upper floor beam. SOLUTION: A floor beam 14 stretched between the inner wall surfaces of wall panels to support a floor panel 12 is also used as a support member for a ceiling panel 13 to simplify the construction. In this case, a floor beam 14 for joining a connector 80 fitted to the end part of the ceiling panel 13 is installed to eliminate the need of installing a cradling for installing the ceiling panel 13 at the time of installing and constructing the ceiling. Thus, a building unit excellent in fitting performance of the ceiling panel 13 is constructed. Further, an overhand part of the connector 80 fitted to the floor beam 14 is provided apart from the joint part of a connecting plate 83 formed by connecting floor beams 14 of the adjacent building unit to each other to the floor beam 14. Thus, while the size of the floor beam 14 is held down to the minimum, interference between the connector 80 and the connecting plate 83 on the floor beam 14 can be prevented so as to improve fitting work efficiency and productivity. |
