FRONT END STRUCTURE OF COATING APPLICATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly apply a coating material on a coating object by providing the front end of a coating applicator with two sheets of planar parts varying in length so as to hold discharge ports and forming a liquid holding part formed on the inside surface of both planar parts to a J-shape in a flank shape. SOLUTION: The center at front end of the coating applicator is provided with plural discharge ports 1 and is provided with the short-length planar part 2 and the long-length planar part 3 so as to hold these discharge ports 1. The liquid holding part 6 formed in the upper part of the discharge ports 1 is formed to the J-shape in the flank shape. The front surface 4 of the short-length planar part 2 is formed to an approximately plane and the front surface 5 of the long-length planar part 3 is provided with projecting parts at its both ends to form a recessed shape in a front surface shape. When the coating applicator is held upside down and is front end is pressed to the coating object at the time of use. The projecting parts of the front surface 4 and the front surface 5 come into contact with a coating part and the entire part including a vessel 11 inclines. The high-viscosity liquid in the vessel 11 passes through the plural discharge ports 1 and accumulates in the liquid holding part 6. The liquid flows out uniformly from a spacing made by contact of the projecting parts of the front surface 5 with the coating object. The uniform coating is thus executed.
