PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extracting device reducing an astringent taste and a miscellaneous taste without reducing the extracting speed of the mixture of a powder material of coffee, tea, green tea, etc., and hot water. SOLUTION: A diffuser 60 is provided for a beverage supplying tube 22C provided with a beverage supplying valve 53 and after scavenging inside of the pipe 22C by allowing only a gas from a beverage containing bubbles generated at the final step of the filtering of a mixture to pass, the beverage left within the diffuser 60 is disposed through a disposing pipe 22. |
