PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start reproduction of voice data immediately without awaiting the end of down-loading all voice data in the case that a client terminal reproduces the voice data stored in a data storage server without re-processing the data storage server and data stored in the data storage server. SOLUTION: In the case that data received by the data repeater 3 interposed between a data storage server 1 and a client terminal 4 from the data storage server 1 voice data or a request received from the client terminal 4 is sequential reproduction of the voice data, the voice data received from the data storage server 1 are assembled into packets by a size equivalent to the quantity of the voice data reproduced for a prescribed time at each prescribed time interval and then the packet is sent to the client terminal 4. Thus, the client terminal 4 sequentially reproduces voice data included in the packet received from the data repeater 3.
