PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the propagation of bacteria by injecting a material for forming oxidation chemical species by reaction of water with dissolved oxygen during the time until the original water is made into the pure water in a device for passing the original water through an impurity removing device to form the pure water and feeding this pure water to a washing point. SOLUTION: Heavy metal ion water and a reducing agent are injected together with the original water from an inlet section and the water to be treated in which these are mixed is passed through a reverse osmosis device 1, a UV irradiation device 2, an ion exchange device 3 and a filter 4, by which the pure water is formed. This pure water is supplied to a use point by opening and closing of a valve 5. The reverse osmosis device 1 removes the greater part of the impurities, such as dust and heavy metals, included in the water to be treated. The UV irradiation device 2 sterilizes the bacteria of the water to be treated. The water to be treated which is past the UV irradiation device 2 is partly run to a bypass 6. The state that the heavy metal ions exist always in the water to be treated is thus attained. The filtration of the foreign matter of a molecular level is thereafter executed by the filter 4 to form the final pure water. |
