PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve a strained feeling of a patient, reduce labor of a nurse, and also prevent an injury of a blood vessel by arranging a reference oscillating circuit and an oscillating circuit using an electrode sandwiched in a liquid medicine tube as capacitance, and detecting a difference between mutual oscillating frequencies or a phase difference. SOLUTION: CR oscillating circuits setting feedback to an inverter IC are made by two sets 3 and 5, and an electrode 2 is arranged in one, and it is used as a detecting circuit 3, and the other is used as a reference oscillating circuit 5, and a phasic change is captured. A signal is taken out for this by using a universal bus register IC capable of digitally comparing phases with each other. When joined to an existing line of a medical facility, an intermediate adapter is added to a connector of an existing patient hand side switch, and is connected so that an existing circuit and a relay contact point 8 of an annuciator become series. |
