PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate correctly the truth or falsehood of forgery paper at the time of stamping by providing stamping mechanism and a pair of detection electrodes and an indication circuit for distinguishing the conductivity of paper within the portable case of a stamping machine, and permitting different luminous indications to be effected at the conduction and non-conduction of paper by the detection electrodes. SOLUTION: When operation is done by pressing the tip end of an inner sleeve 14 on the stamping face of paper by holding the outer sleeve 13 at stamping, the inner sleeve 14 slides to be pushed into a groove between the stationary sleeve 15 and the outer sleeve 13 against an elastic body 16 to thereby be put into an accommodation state. In this instance, an ink pad tray 12 turns at 90 deg. about a rotation shaft 17 by a lever device 18 so as to move outward for allowing the sealing face to be exposed thereon. Also, as the inner sleeve 14 comes to the face of paper after the movement at a predetermined distance, a switch 19 is turned 'ON' by a contact switch installed in the outer sleeve 13, and as the inner sleeve 14 is taken as a detection electrode and a part of the seal is taken as a detection electrode, if the paper face is conductive, a circuit is formed for indicating the paper as being true through lightening of an indication luminous body 20. |
