PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ideal heated-thawing which can attain little variance in heating between a plurality of frozen sushi, and permits its rice to be warmed to suitable temperature with a topping material to be kept cool. SOLUTION: A thawing panel 8 is constituted of a surface waveguide where a conductor plate 12 is put between by two upper and lower flat-plate-shaped dielectric covers 6, 7. The constitution of the panel 8 and a waveguide mounting position are restricted so as to turn the thawing panel 8 freely by a turn table 9, and the height from the top surface of the turn table 9 to the top surface of the thawing panel 8 is set so as to be kept suitable by a supporter 13. |
