PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the computer controlled device and method for forming a high quality of optical fiber black grating. SOLUTION: This device 10 is provided with the laser 12 for generating a ultraviolet beam 18, the rotatable scrapper mirror 32 arranged in the downstream of the laser 12 in order to receive this beam 18, and the optical fiber 48 arranged in the vicinity of the edge of the mirror 32 in order to receive the interference image of a high strips frequency formed by the mirror 32. The mirror 32 is connected to the rotational stage 14 rotating the mirror 32 around the pivot point previously selected with respect to the incident angle of the beam 18 in order to vary the black wavelength in a fiber core. |
