PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bleaching agent composition that can be stably stored for a long time without a problem in the stability of the constituent organic peroxide precursor, and has improved bleaching effect, by mixing hydrogen peroxide with a surfactant, a specified acyloxybenzene derivative and a carboxylic acid (salt). SOLUTION: This composition is prepared by dissolving 0.1-30 wt.%, desirably 2-20 wt.% hydrogen peroxide, 1-40 wt.%, desirably 1-20 wt.% surfactant having at least one linear or branched 8-24C alkyl or alkenyl group or surfactant having at least one aryl group substituted with an 8-24C alkyl group, 0.001-5 wt.%, desirably 0.1-3 wt.% acyloxybenzene derivative having a hydrophobicity parameter of 2.8 or above and represented by the formula (wherein, R1 is a 1-20C alkyl, an alkenyl or an aryl; and R2 is a group which does not make the compound water-soluble) and 0.01-3 wt.%, desirably 0.1-1 wt.% carboxylic acid (salt) of the formula: R3 COOH (wherein R3 is a 1-18C alkyl, an alkenyl or an aryl) in water. |
