PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a system to supervise unifiedly an entire network while relieving the load on a center equipment. SOLUTION: Management information at points 2a, 2b is stored in a terminal storage devices 14a, 14b. Similar management information for all points is stored in a center storage device 12. Network management at each point is executed by maintenance terminals 13a, 13b. The maintenance terminals 13a, 13b rewrite the information in the terminal storage devices 14a, 14b in response to a supervisory result or a control result for a communication equipment and a channel and sends data denoting a revised content of the management information to a center supervisory device 11. The center supervisory device 11 rewrites the information of the center storage device 12 according to the received data. |
