Disclosed is a preparation method of a cross-linked bio-compatible polysaccharide gel preparation, which comprises making an aqueous solution in water-soluble, cross-linkable polysaccharide, cross-linking of polysaccharide, initiation of cross-linking in the presence of polyfunctional cross-linking agent, steric prevention of ending of cross-linking reaction before gelling, obtaining of the activated polysaccharide, and repeated introduction of steric prevented conditions for activated polysaccharide to continue this cross-linking reaction to obtain highly elastic gel.
