There is disclosed [[4-(1,4,5,6-tetrahydro-4-methyl-6-oxo- -3-pyridazinyl)phenyl]hydrazono]propanedinitrile, or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, which has been previously suggested for the treatment of congestive heart failure and for the preparation of a medicament useful in the treatment of myocardial ischemia.
