<p>After termination of L-lactic acid production, the content of lipids present in the mycelium of fibrous fungi Rhizopus, preferably Rhizopus arrhizus CCM 8109 strain, is increased. By subsequent submerged cultivation at temperature 25 - 40 degrees Celsius and pH value 5.0 - 7.5, with a possibility to add lipid-accumulation stimulating substances, e.g. aliphatic acid esters, n-alkanes, organic acids, their production is increased and L-lactic acid content remains constant during the following cultivation.</p> |
