摘要 FIELD: physical explorations, widely applicable at forecast of probability of periodic occurrence of the most dangerous unfavorable phenomena for provision of consumers with power and water resources, at stage-by-stage preliminary forecasts of extreme changes of natural and technogeneous conditions. SUBSTANCE: parameters of the geophysical field are measured, including the seasonal temperature of ground air and seasonal precipitation; chronological sequence of the most disastrous phenomena at least for three years is composed, and the period of repetition of these phenomena is determined from it. This period is compared with the calculated resonance intervals of shift and on the duration of leaving behind, or subsequent summary intervals of shift the availability of occurrence of the most dangerous disastrous unfavorable phenomena is judged.
