SUBSTANCE: tackle block has movable and fixed casings accommodating sheaves in form of semirings with working surfaces enclosing each other. Band type pulling member is passed over sheaves. Working surfaces of sheaves are made in form of aerostatic supports. EFFECT: reduced friction between band and working surfaces of sheaves. 2 dwg
