<p>FIELD: manufacture of flocculent products from reprocessed thermosetting resins. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for dispensing bundles from filament-wound bobbin has rollers 11,12 for feeding filament from bobbin, roller 17 with cutters 18 and rubberized cylinder 19 for cutting filament into pieces of required length. Feeding device has first and second pairs of feed rollers with drives 11,12 and 17,19 arranged in succession. Rollers define clamp for filament 10. Filament ejector with pneumatic drive is positioned downstream of cutting device 17,19. First pair of rollers is rotated at lower feed rate as compared to second pair of rollers. Filament ejector has elongate tubular hose 26 with air channels 22-25 for creating directed turbulent air flow. Construction of apparatus allows high-quality flocculent products to be obtained and strengthening additives to be introduced into product.
