FIELD: agriculture, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of batch operated culturing salmonella cells in nutrient media based on protein concentrate and containing food yeast extract, sodium hydrogen phosphate and sodium chloride in accordance with the known algorithm of process operation. Obtained culture is concentrated, diluted with a protective medium, packaged into flasks and dried by lyophilization. Method can be used for industrial production of dried live vaccine against salmonellosis in agriculture animals. Obtained vaccine shows stable immunogenicity property.
