Photographic film packaging method

The feed is used to package film in a 24x36 format. The film is placed on transfer pallets (9) which are then moved by the transfer line (7). The transfer pallets pass by a first station (1) to receive an empty tube, and then are moved to a second station (2) where a photographic film is placed in the tube. At a third station (3), a cover is positioned and sealed onto the tube. The transfer pallet is then directed by guide rails (8) towards an unloading station (4 or 5) depending upon the type of production. The flexibility of the system is achieved by using different methods.
