FIELD: organic chemistry, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: preparative form as a solution for local using for treatment of animals against endo- and ectoparasites has avermectins as an active component and at least 50% glycol, glyceride or polymeric material. As an avermectin preparative form has a compound of the formula (I) <EMI ID=0.40 HE=66 WI=60 TI=CHI> where dotted line means simple or double bond at positions 22 and 23; R<SB>1</SB>- - hydrogen or hydroxy-group; R<SB>2</SB> is -C<SB>1-6</SB>--alkyl or C<SB>3-6</SB>--alkenyl; R<SB>3</SB>- is hydroxy-, methoxy-group or =NOR<SB>5</SB>; R<SB>5</SB>- is hydrogen or lower alkyl; R<SB>7</SB>- - H, hydroxy-group or lower alkyl; R<SB>4</SB>- - H, hydroxy-, C<SB>1-6</SB>--polyalkoxy-group or residue of the formula (a) <EMI ID=0.41 HE=21 WI=57 TI=CHI>; R<SB>6</SB> - hydroxy-, amino-, mono- or di-C<SB>1-6</SB>-alkylamino- or C<SB>1-6</SB>-alkanoylamino-group. Preparative form shows high efficiency against endoparasites and ectoparasites as compared with usual preparative forms and retains concentration of an active compound in milk of dairy animals at level that is lower of safety one for human.
