The boot has a shell with two lateral wings (3) extending vertically from it. The leg has a back part (4) and a front part (5) which are articulated on the shell. An upper clip (8) is fixed to the front part and moves the back part forwards to close it. A lower clip (9) is fixed to a lateral wing and it moves the front part of the leg backwards to reduce its perimeter. The base of the front part of the leg (5b) has a hole (12) which makes this zone elastically deformable.
