The hand tool has a case (1) which acts as a grip and in addition encloses an electric micromotor and reduction gear. The reduction gear has a shaft (19) which is attached to a rotor (2). The rotor has flat surfaces (21,22) which allow detachable self centering blades (4) to be fixed by screws (5). The rotor (2) is fixed to the reduction gear shaft (19) radially and longitudinally by screws (6,7) and enclosed by a cover (3). The cover (3) is attached to the case (1) by screwing on to a thread (18) and has an opening (31) for blade operation.
