The fuse has a temperature dependent interruptor (37) i.e. a fusible metal which is electrically connected to one end of a pressure connector clamp (33), with a signal line connector (41) connected to its other end. An isolation housing (43) contains the interruptor and clamp such that the contact part (33c) of the clamp and the signal line connector both extend from the housing to face an electric conductor (39).
