Discontinuous oscillator circuit for measurement

The circuit has an oscillator transistor (7) with an adjustable operating point. Between its base (B) and collector (K), two electrically and inductively coupled parallel oscillatory circuits (26,27) are connected. One tunes the transistor and other is connected to diode (14) across which arise alternately packets of half wave oscillations and pauses. In pauses, diode converts last half-wave sinusoidal oscillation into one with a constant flank height (GH). The output half-wave diode rectifier (16) converts the flank height to an output voltage which is tapped off the resistance voltage divider (17,18) as a variable information signal.
