To recycle removed waste from milled material in tooth restoration; the new block of material is fitted with a glass powder layer at the joint, as an adhesive glass intermediate layer. The separation surface of the milled block residue and/or the joint surface of the new milling block are coated with a colouring fluid, containing glass powder with a grain size of <= 100 mu m.
