The inner pipe (1) is closed at its base next to a gas-compartment containing a high pressure gas cushion. The inner pipe contains a movable and sealed separating piston (4). An intermediate wall (7) with choke openings (8) is fixed in the inner pipe. The second (9) of two fluid compartments is formed by an outer pipe (10) joined by the intermediate wall to the first fluid compartment (6). The outer pipe has a part (12) tapering and pointing away from the intermediate wall. The second fluid compartment is divided by a deformation element (13) into two part-spaces (9a,9b).
