Axially shifted rotating shaft coupling

The coupling has coupling members, coupling rings (4,5,6), and intermediate members (11,12) between the rings. The intermediate members are formed by pretensioned elastically deformable one or multi-sectional rings (13,14,15,16) of rubber or a similar material. They are fastened to the neighbouring coupling rings directly or via associated inner and/or outer holder rings. The rings are fastened by vulcanization to the coupling rings.
