Unwinding of optical cable core from groove in circular plate
摘要
The method involves using a pull-out device (AV) lifting the horizontally coiled cable over a guidance roller (RO) from the groove between the inner and outer rims (IR,AR) of the rotary plate (TE). The freely movable slack portion (DH) of the rising cable is measured contactlessly by a suspended optical sensor (VK) such as a charge-coupled device array. The slack is taken through a slot (SI) in a guidance plate (PL), preferably parallel to the plane of the coils, where the rising portion is freely movable in a tangential direction. The controller (SV) restores the slack to a predetermined desired value by adjustment of the drive motor (MO) rotating the plate.
