Nonvolatile storage devices (80, 800) are provided, specific information showing dispersion in characteristics of every storage device are beforehand stored in the inexpensive storage devices (80, 800) through a simple processing, and controlled variables are highly accurately adjusted by means of software in a microcomputer (55A or 300A) at the time of ordinary control. Accordingly, the need of using highly accurate and expensive special parts and special adjustment processes is eliminated, a surplus space for dispersion adjustment is reduced by simplification of an adjustement process, correct and accurate adjustment is enabled, and an inexpensive, highly efficient control device for automobiles is obtained.
